I invite all your parts!
In-person & Online Therapy using Internal Family Systems-Informed Therapy
Tired of Carrying the Weight of Your Past?
Do you feel like your unresolved childhood wounds, attachment issues, or relationship trauma are casting a shadow over every part of your life? Maybe it’s affecting your self-esteem, your ability to connect with others, or even your sense of who you are. The pain might not always be visible, but you feel its impact every single day.
You’ve probably tried different things—maybe even therapy—hoping for relief. But so often, traditional approaches only scratch the surface, focusing on managing symptoms instead of truly healing what’s underneath. It can feel like putting a band-aid on a deep wound that needs something much more.
Now, imagine a different kind of therapy—one that goes beyond the surface, helping you truly understand and process what’s been holding you back. A space where you don’t just cope with the pain but actually heal from it. That kind of change is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
What is Internal Family Systems (IFS)?
IFS is a powerful, deep, and transformative approach to therapy that helps you truly understand and heal the different parts of yourself.
Have you ever felt like you were being pulled in different directions—like part of you wants to move forward, but another part holds you back? That’s because within all of us, we have different “parts” that carry our pain, fears, and past experiences. Some parts try to protect us from hurt, while others hold onto trauma, making it hard to break free from old patterns.
But here’s the good news: You also have a Self—the core of who you truly are. Your Self is strong, compassionate, and capable of guiding your parts toward healing. Sometimes, life experiences can make it hard to access that deeper, wiser part of you—but that’s where IFS comes in.
Through IFS therapy, I’ll help you connect with and understand these inner parts, soothing the ones that carry pain and releasing the ones stuck in self-protection mode. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which often focuses on just managing symptoms, IFS gets to the root of your struggles and helps you heal from the inside out.
Imagine a life where you’re no longer weighed down by past wounds. A life where you feel whole, confident, and connected to yourself. IFS helps you break free from the patterns that no longer serve you—so you can finally step into the life you were meant to live.
How Does IFS Work?
IFS is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and transformation—one that helps you truly understand and care for the different parts of yourself.
Healing Through Understanding
Inside all of us exists an internal “family” of different parts. Some parts carry pain from past trauma, while others step in to protect us from that pain—sometimes through perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or avoidance. These protective parts mean well, but they can also keep us stuck in old patterns. IFS helps you connect with these parts in a way that allows deep healing to happen naturally.
Getting to the Root
Many therapies focus on managing symptoms, but IFS goes deeper to uncover where your struggles began. Instead of just coping with anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, we’ll explore the wounded parts of you that have been carrying these burdens for years. When these parts finally feel seen and understood, you can begin to let go of past painand create lasting change.
A New Way to Relate to Yourself
IFS allows you to have an open, compassionate dialogue with your inner parts—the ones that feel lost, scared, or unworthy. Imagine being able to sit with these parts, hear their stories, and help them heal instead of pushing them away. As you do this, you’ll experience powerful emotional shifts, greater self-awareness, and a deep sense of relief.
Becoming the Leader of Your Own Life
At the core of IFS is your Self—the part of you that is strong, wise, and capable of leading your internal world with compassion. With IFS, you’ll learn how to tap into this Self-leadership, bringing balance and peace to your inner world. Instead of feeling controlled by past wounds, you’ll step into the driver’s seat of your life, with confidence and clarity.
IFS isn’t just about managing emotions—it’s about true healing. It’s about finally understanding yourself in a way that allows you to let go of old pain and move forward with freedom, connection, and self-trust.
It’s time to get rid of all the weight you’ve been carrying on your shoulders. It’s time for a new understanding of what life is supposed to feel like.

FS is a GREAT fit for you if you struggle with your relationship with yourself. If you have a strong self-critic and notice you’re often protecting yourself from conflict, pain, and/or vulnerability, IFS can help you not only understand why you talk to yourself the way you do, but ultimately allow that inner critic to take a backseat.
